To register for and use a 92pkry account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:
Age Verification: We take the protection of minors extremely seriously. Any User found to be under the minimum eligible age will have their account immediately closed and all funds — including any winnings — forfeited. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. The 18+ requirement does not constitute legal authorisation to gamble in Pakistan.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform at any given time. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension without prior notice.
You are required to provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and a secure password. All information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing false registration details, including a false date of birth to circumvent age restrictions, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Only one active account is permitted per household address, per IP address and per payment method. Multiple accounts identified at the same address or device may be subject to review, bonus forfeiture and possible closure.

Deposits to your 92pkry account are subject to the following conditions. All transactions are processed in accordance with applicable financial regulations and the Platform's AML procedures.
Payment methods available to Pakistani users may include bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant payment infrastructure via Raast, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT where supported. All Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms at the time the Bonus is offered. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means the User must wager a total of PKR 30,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the stated expiry date will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
Any conduct that 92pkry, in its reasonable assessment, identifies as Bonus abuse — including but not limited to bonus hunting, low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated multi-account exploitation — will result in Bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure. Bonuses are intended for recreational play and genuine platform engagement.
Welcome Bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per User, household, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
Subject to the conditions set out in these Terms, Users may request withdrawal of eligible funds from their account. All withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our standard procedures and are subject to KYC verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkry's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall 92pkry be liable for: indirect, incidental or consequential losses; loss of profits; loss of data; loss of opportunity; or reputational damage, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether 92pkry had been advised of the possibility of such losses.
